Dr. Lara Giese

Dr. Lara Giese is the Founder and President of Advanced Trial Sciences, Inc., a nationally recognized litigation consulting firm.  As one of the top trial consultants in Los Angeles, Dr. Giese brings her unique psychological perspective and scientific expertise to every case in which she takes part.  She has over twenty-five years of experience implementing trial strategy, theme development, jury selection, jury research, and witness communication strategies in hundreds of civil and criminal trials. She specializes in complex, high-profile, and large exposure cases.  Dr. Giese specializes in jury selection, trial theme development, witness communication training, case settlement analysis and trial persuasion strategies.  In addition to her casework and trial experience, she is both a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Psychotherapist in the State of California.

Dr. Giese has held key executive positions at the internationally recognized jury consulting firms of DecisionQuest, TrialGraphix, Vinson & Dimitrius and FTI Consulting.  Dr. Giese has worked on a wide variety of litigation matters and has represented top Fortune 500 companies. She has worked on some of the country's most high-profile cases, including cases for Apple, AEG, Toyota,  Amgen, Sony, McDonald’s, Walmart and Raytheon.
